Complaints and client feedback Complaints Minor matters may be resolved through a conversation with the Executive Director. More serious complaints may require further investigation, and should be made in writing if possible. If necessary, DCLS will help to find an independent advocate for the person making the complaint. Clients are welcome to have a support person attend any meetings, and free interpreters can be arranged. If the matter cannot be resolved within DCLS, the clients will be informed about how to take the complaint further. |
