DCLS provides free legal advice sessions where you can talk confidentially about your legal problem with one of our advice session lawyers. The lawyer will give you advice, suggest what action you can take next and may in some cases help you to write a letter or prepare other simple documents.

Our free legal advice sessions will be able to give you advice on most common legal problems. However, we DO NOT usually give advice in the following cases:

  • urgent family law matters
  • criminal matters needing legal representation
  • sale of property or conveyancing matters
  • probate or wills
  • commercial matters
  • immigration

Call us on (08) 8982 1111 to check whether the legal advice sessions are suitable for you.
