Darwin Community Legal Service is a multi-disciplinary service that provides a range of legal and advocacy services to the community to underpin access to justice.
The SDRS Manager leads a small team that represents the rights and interests of disabled and older people in the Top End of the Northern Territory and plays a key role in driving strategy, influencing change and developing, consolidating and managing resources. The position provides support and advice to the CEO and the Board of Management, and leads a small team of advocates. We are looking for someone with good skills and experience in a similar role who is committed to making a difference.
The position is a 2-year position with a further option of 2 years dependent on funding. DCLS pays above Award rates, has excellent conditions including flexible working and time in lieu, and salary packaging is available.
