The Reception / Administration Officer covers front desk and administrative duties as the first point of contact for the public, receiving and triaging all incoming calls, directing to DCLS services, providing information, and making appropriate referrals.
A customer service focus, good interpersonal skills and office support skills and data entry are vital prerequisites.
This is a fixed term contract position for 2 years, depending on funding. The position is classified as NT SCHCADS (DCLS) Award Grade 4. DCLS pays above award wages and salary packaging is available.
